Woman Holding Flowers
"Not sure why your bedroom isn't helping your dark-season mood? Take my 3 minute questionnaire to understand how your bedroom may be keeping you from finding rest.  You will receive a complimentary handout in your inbox that offers suggestions to help you with the biggest challenge in your master bedroom."

This business is centered around helping women who experience seasonal depression transform their master bedroom into a space of rest, renewal, and gentle restoration.  It recognizes that the bedroom is more than just a place to sleep.  It is where the day begins and ends.  It is where the body slows down, where the mind processes, and where healing can quietly take place.  Though thoughtful design, intentional details, and a deep understanding of how environment affects emotional well-being, this work supports women in creating a space that feels safe, calming, and life-giving during the darker seasons.

Here's a checklist to help you start making changes today:

Grace to help women with SAD; uncommongrace

uncommongrace:
an unmerited gift; not based on conditions through goodness or withheld because of failure.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says "For by grace you have been saved through faith.  And this is not your own doing; it is a gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast."

"Your bedroom should be a place where you can rest, feel safe and begin again. This work is about helping women create a master bedroom that supports her through the seasons that feel the heaviest."

"This might be you..."

.  You feel more tired during the darker months

.  Your bedroom feels heavy or uninviting

.  Rest doesn't feel restful

.  You want your space to support you, but you don't know where to start
